1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using software utilities provided by Locksmyth Software Labs (operating commercially as "Locksmyth Labs"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

NOTICE OF SCOPE: Locksmyth Software Labs is a digital software utility provider. We do not manufacture, distribute, or service physical locks, keys, or architectural hardware. Our services are strictly limited to International Class 009 (Software) and Class 042 (SaaS).

PROFESSIONAL STATUS: Locksmyth Labs currently operates in a professional, non-commercial capacity. No fees are currently collected for software utilities. This status does not waive any common law trademark protections or the limitations of scope defined under Class 009 and Class 042.

2. Open Source License

All software utilities provided by Locksmyth Software Labs are licensed under the MIT License. You are permitted to use, copy, modify, and distribute the software, provided that the original copyright notice and this permission notice are included in all copies or substantial portions of the software.

3. Intellectual Property

All software code, interface designs, and branding—including "Locksmyth Labs" and "Locksmyth Software Labs"—are the property of the entity and protected by common law trademark and copyright statutes.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Locksmyth Software Labs be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software utilities. Our products are provided "as-is".

5. Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ohio.
